Pascale Gysi was born on the island of Jersey in the United Kingdom, the daughter of an English mother and a Swiss German father. She grew up as bilingual in Buchs in the canton of Aargau.

After graduating from the renowned École de Commerce in Neuchâtel, having specialised in economics and foreign languages, she lived and worked in a number of European countries (Great Britain, Germany, Spain and Denmark) where she was able to develop her love of languages. She mainly worked in management roles in international organisations.

She loves spending her free time outdoors with her husband and son, walking with her two English gundogs, gardening and skiing in winter.

She regularly visits family and friends in Zürich, Aargau and the French-speaking part of Switzerland, which enables her to maintain her links with her roots and keep up to date with life and culture in Switzerland.

Sonja Keyte also grew up as bilingual. She spent the first twelve years of her life in Leicester, England, before moving with her parents to Germany where, after leaving school, she studied industrial business management at VW in Wolfsburg.

She worked in the company as a manager in international sales for diplomats and VIP clients until she relocated to England in 2005.

She also studied for a BA in languages and the arts, graduating in 2012.

Outside work she is a real bookworm and a member of a book group. She also keeps fit by doing ballet.

Tim is English and our specialist in IT and everything technical in the company.

Following a degree in engineering, he served as an officer in the British Army for several years, with postings to Germany, Africa, Bosnia, Egypt, the USA and the Falkland Islands among others.

After working for many years in the company’s day-to-day business, Tim has now moved more into the background, focusing on IT, finance and business development.

In his free time Tim loves mountain biking, gardening and being with his family. He is also a keen skier and squash player.
